• Individual Orders: Must be prepaid in full 24-48 hours in advance.
• Large Events (40+ guests): Require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours in advance.

Our hours for large catering events are based on our schedule availability. These events must be scheduled by calling our office to arrange catering services.

Catering contract fees include:

• Cost of ingredients for entrées or selected menu
• Labor for food preparation (based on hours)
• Number of servers/assistants needed
• Number of guests being served
• Mileage
• Sales tax based on city/county
